Civic involvement in the project is needed. 22nd May 2009 [Richard Wagner's 196th birthday] saw the creation of the DOBOLINO Association as an umbrella organisation for a range of initiatives. Its aim is to develop financing models for this project so crucial for society in general and arts in particular.
